Mix 1pack of ice jelly with 1500ml water. Boil till the powder dissolve. Pour into mould or tray. Leave to cool then chilling in the fridge for few hours.

将一包爱玉冰粉搅拌溶解于1.5公升的清水，煮滚，离火，倒入大碗中待冷却后，放入冰箱冷藏数小时。
